Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We describe our products as truthfully and accurately as possible. If the product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please e-mail us of the problem first at AllEnergyRocks@gmail.com and we will do our best to solve it.
If you are still not satisfied for whatever reason, we will be happy to credit or exchange your purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will send you an email to verify the return. We will not accept any returns if we have no correspondence of the intention from you. Any package returned to us for a refund must be within 18 days after receiving the item for continental U.S. A re-stocking fee of 18% will be applied due to the nature of our products.
Since the products are unique and one-of-the-kind, it is extremely important that the returned items must be in their original condition with packaging, not damaged or altered. Please insure and ship your return items to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive to us or arrive damaged.

If you want to exchange, please email us the information of the item you would like to exchange for and we will email you back a confirmation of the exchange. If the item price for the replacement item exceeds the amount to be refunded (please note that delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item), we will process the additional amount using Paypal. Please print the email and include it with your return. There are no additional charges for delivery and handling if you are exchanging an item. Shipping Errors and Damages
Please email us right away at AllEnergyRocks@gmail.com. If your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next.
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account less the re-stocking fee of 18%, and usually appears on your Paypal account. If you ordered by check, your refund less the re-stocking fee of 18% will be sent to you via first-class mail.
Sales Prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific products. Sales items are final sales, non-refundable and non-returnable.
